Full-Service Event Planning

This is the most inclusive planning collection, offering coordination and guidance from the very beginning of your event project initiation. The goal of this collection is to eliminate the additional hours and stress involved in planning your company’s event while being able to take all of the credit for bringing your event to the peak of completion with the best team in the city!

We recommend this collection to organizations who do not have the manpower to develop their vision and bring it to life in a strict period of time.

Event Base planning
(partial planning)

This collection offers a mix of guided planning - including venue sourcing, budget development, and food & beverage coordination to form a strong base for your event + a portion of self-planning utilizing our trusted vendors list for any additional needs.

This collection is perfect for simpler events, such as training sessions, lunch & learns, or other events that do not require a large number of vendors or on-site event day support. You may have a responsible planning party, but still need some guidance in finding an appropriate location and other preliminary details.

Full Design Planning

This collection is specific to planning the visual aspect and aesthetic flow of your event. It is perfect for themed events or any event space needing a full makeover to impress the best of the best - such as galas, grand openings or open houses, banquets and ceremonies, or other celebrations or branded events. 

You may have a responsible planning party, but still need a designer’s guidance in pulling a complete vision together and curating the best vendor team to pull it off. This collection is also a perfect addition to our Event Base Planning or Event Day Management collections.

Event Day Management Only

This collection offers hands-off guidance while you self-plan your event, with full event day management on-site.

This type of planning is great for the organization that has a planning team on hand, but needs more assistance to manage the event day specifically. Enjoy your banquet, fundraiser, holiday party, or awards ceremony with your organization and allow our team of experts to pull the final details you’ve worked so hard on together & take over managing your event day!

LJD only accepts a select number of events per year to ensure we provide the highest quality event planning experience to our clients. As such, we will only support corporate events with a $6000 budget minimum for guest counts of 50 or less
